INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS MEDICAL SUPPLIES OF CSR FOR CY 2025 (RE-BID)

1. The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center, through its GAA and its Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos (Php 19,626,895.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB No. 2025-001 BAC I. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within the calendar year 2025. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
