Description : GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. All entries must be legible;
2. Delivery must be made within Three (3) days from receipt of purchase order. Failure to do so means cancellation of award.
3. Quoted prices must be inclusive of taxes and other charges including but not limited to delivery fees, freight and handling and shall not exceed the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC).
4. Price validity shall be for a period of thirty (30) calendar days.
5. Bidders with the lowest quotation must submit Mayor's Permit and Philgeps certificate.
6. Items delivered must have warranties for unit and or parts replacements.
7. Transaction with Amaga Elementary School shall mean compliance by the winning bidder with the bid and delivery requirements before the issuance of check payment.
8. Failure to comply with these conditions shall mean disqualification of your bid proposal.
