1.The Local Government Unit of Sto. Niño, through the General Fund SB No. 1 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty Four Thousand Forty Pesos Only (Php 244,040.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SN-GOODS-25-26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Local Government Unit of Sto. Niño, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 Calendar Days.
