The particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification, and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
Prospective bidders should have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of ABC, within the last two (2) years and have key personnel and equipment (listed in the Eligibility Form) available for the completion of the contract.
