1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF FUGU, through the Municipal Government of Ballesteros approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Seventy Four Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty One Pesos (P 74,921.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Project Reference No. 06-2024 - Procurement of Various Materials for the Improvement of Barangay Fugu Multi-Purpose Gymnasium. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF FUGU now invites bids for the fabrication, supply and delivery of the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the Notice To Proceed.
