1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF STA. CRUZ, through the Provincial Government of Cagayan approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Ninety Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Three Pesos & Sixty One Centavos (P 99,743.61) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Project Reference No. 04-2025 - Procurement of Various Materials for the Construction of Drainage Canal along B. Cortez Extension and Washington Street. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF STA. CRUZ now invites bids for the fabrication, supply and delivery of the above Procurement Project.
