The Office of the SAN LORENZO RUIZ GENERAL HOSPITAL, through its Hospital Bids and Awards Committee (HBAC), is duly authorized to conduct Small Value Procurement for the project “Procurement of Various Linen and Laundry Equipment” under OMP 2025-11-132 in accordance with Section 34 of Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”, , hereby invites all interested suppliers/bidders to offer their lowest government price. The SLRGH, hereinafter referred to as “The Purchaser” now requests the submission of a price quotation for the hereunder project:
