1. The Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) and the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), through the STF-Tuition- Supplemental 2025 intends to apply the total sum of Seventy Million Four Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (Php 70,456,600.00) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each item under the project “Procurement of Various Laboratory Equipment, Basic Tools, Training Modules, and Softwares for the College of Engineering and Architecture”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
