1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 10, through the HVCDP and SAAD Program Funds CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million One Hundred Five Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (Php6,105,700.00) being the ABC payments under the contract for the Procurement of Various Inorganic Fertilizers: 695 Bags Potash (0-0-60), 695 Bags Diammonium Phosphate (18-46-0), 1,711 Bags Urea (46-0-0). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 10 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 calendars days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
