INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS INK EPA 2026
IB NO. 2026 -028
1) The Tondo Medical Center (TMC), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to
apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Eighty - Three Thousand (Php 2,483,000.00)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
Procurement of Various Ink EPA 2026 under IB No.2026-028. Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Tondo Medical Center now invites bids for Procurement of Various Ink EPA 2026 under IB
No.2026-028. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified in Section VI Schedule
of requirements. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of
submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible
bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
