Description : The Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) will undertake a procurement through Negotiated Procurement- Shopping Section 52.1 of RA 9184 in connection with the procurement of Various Ink Cartridge/ Bottles (not available from the Procurement Service) amounting to Eighty-Six Thousand three Hundred Pesos (₱ 86,300.00), inclusive of taxes and other charges under applicable laws.
