2.1. The Local Government Unit of Bayombong through the 20% Municipal Development Fund 2025 Projects intend to apply the sum of Nine Million Seven Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Pesos and Fifty-Seven Centavos (Php 9,776,720.57) for the Various Infrastucture Projects being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each project. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
