1. The Municipal Government of Lapinig N. Samar, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by Sanggunian, GENERAL FUND 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1,287,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various ICT & Office Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
