Invitation to Bid
PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS ICT EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES FOR MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (MIS)

1. The Palompon Institute of Technology, through the Fund 05 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Eleven Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (Php 811,350.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Various ICT Equipment and Supplies for Management Information System (MIS). Bids received in excess of the ABC in each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Palompon Institute of Technology now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty (60) calendars days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
