1) The West Visayas State University, through the GAA 2025, Special Trust Fund (Unexpended Balances of 2024) and Special Trust Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Nine Pesos (Php1,562,529.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
