Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS ICT AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT
1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 13, through the PMED GAA- 2025 intends to apply the sum of the following being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various ICT Equipment under PR No. B24 2025-02-032. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 13 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Forty-Five (45) days upon issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
