Description : 1. The FIRST MISAMIS ORIENTAL GENERAL HOSPITAL (FMOGH), through
Republic Act No. 12116, General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum
of One Million Two Hundred Fourteen Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Pesos
Only (Php 1,214,450.00) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for PB
No. 2025-09-009 (GOODS) - Procurement of Various Hospital Medical
Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.

2. The FMOGH now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the
Goods is required within Ten (10) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed
(NTP). Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission
