1. The NORTHERN MINDANAO MEDICAL CENTER through the General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty-Nine Million Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 159,550,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB No. 2025-03-003 for the Procurement of Various Hospital Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
