The Municipality of Sta. Rita, through LGU fund of 2025 intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS ONLY (Php699,480.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS FOOD ITEMS FOR SUPPLEMENTAL FEEDING PROGRAM @ LGU - STA. RITA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

The Municipality of Sta. Rita now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS FOOD ITEMS FOR SUPPLEMENTAL FEEDING PROGRAM. Delivery of the GOODS is required on YEAR 2025. The description of an eligible Bidder is contained in Section II of the Bidding Documents, ITB.
