1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IVA through the Rice Program intends to apply the sum of Seventy-Nine Million Six Hundred Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred Forty Pesos (⹣79,619,540.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Various Fertilizer under Rice Program FY 2025 Lot 1: 41,041 bags Complete (14-14-14) with Project Identification No.: ITB-2025-09-359. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IVA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
