1) The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte, through the PVET CAPITAL OUTLAY/ MOOE 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Seventy - Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Four Pesos (PhP 3,278,704.00) for Lot 1 - Procurement of Breed Nursery Farm Equipment, One Million Six Hundred Forty - One Thousand Five Hundred Ten Pesos (Php 1,641,510.00) for Lot 2 - Procurement of Various Farm Equipment, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
