1. The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte through the PVET (MOOE) intends to apply for a total of - PhP 792,610.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Various Farm Equipment for the Provincial Swine Multiplier and Techno Demo Farm (Nursery Equipment). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
