1. The Government of the Philippines (GOP), through the 2023 LOCAL FUND Regular 2023 CURRENT intends to apply the sum of PESOS: One Hundred Ninety-Four Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Three Hundred Four Pesos (PHP194,974,304.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Various Equipment, Software and Network Solutions for Single Ticketing System (LGU Implementation). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
