  1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighteen Million Four Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (PhP 218, 460,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CD-G-2026-03-0406. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
  
  2. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental now invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested and eligible bidders for the Procurement of Various Equipment and Accessories for the AMOMC Radiology Department Use. Considering the Project-s complexity, Competitive Dialogue shall be used in accordance with RA 12009 and its IRR.
