The Human Rights Violations Victims- Memorial Commission (HRVVMC), through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure for the Various Emergency/ Medicine Supplies through Small Value Procurement - Section 53.9 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184 with a TOTAL Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for One (1) Lot amounting to Nine Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 9,450.00) under the HRVVMC budget.
