  PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES AND OTHER ITEMS
  
  1. The Barangay Looc, through the 2025 Annual Budget, intends to apply the total sum of SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT PESOS ONLY(Php 600,928.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES AND OTHER ITEMS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Barangay Looc now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required on the delivery schedule provided under Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of these Bidding Documents, commencing from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
