Description : 1. The Municipality of Malilipot, intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED FORTY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-ONE PESOS AND 28/100 (₱649,971.28) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Purchase of Drugs and Medicines. Bids exceeding the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The same ABC shall apply per lot/item, and bids exceeding the ABC per lot will also be rejected.

3. The Municipality of Malilipot now invites all interested bidders to participate in the public bidding for the above procurement project. Delivery of the goods must be completed as specified in the Bidding Documents. Bidders must have completed, within the last two (2) years, a contract similar to this project. Detailed requirements and eligibility of bidders are found in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

4. The bidding will follow open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as set by the 2024 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA), R.A. No. 12009.
