The West Visayas State University, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for the succeeding year - Single Year intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php4,630,000.00) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Dental and Laboratory Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC per item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
