1. The Carlos Hilado Memorial State University, through the Corporate Budget for the Contract of 2026 approved by the governing Board (MDS-CO), intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS & 00/100 (Php 1,950,000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS CUSTOMIZED FURNITURE AND FIXTURES FOR THE UNIVERSITY-WIDE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
