PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS COMMON USE SUPPLIES AND CONSUMABLES

1. The Tondo Medical Center (TMC), hereinafter referred to as “the Purchaser”, has a requirement for the Procurement of Common Use Supplies and Consumables with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Eight Hundred Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos and Fourteen Centavos (Php 814,275.14).

2. Bidding procedures will be conducted in accordance with the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184 (R.A. 9184).

3. Quotations must be delivered at the PROCUREMENT SECTION/Tondo Medical Center, Balut, Tondo, Manila or send email at procurement@tmc.doh.gov.ph on or before 26 March 2025, 09:00AM.

4. Your price quotation must be quoted in Philippine Peso and must include the unit price and total price, inclusive of all taxes to be paid if the contract is awarded.
