Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
THE PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS CAMERAS AND PHOTO/ VIDEO ACCESSORIES

1. The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), through the 2024 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Five Million Two Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Ten Pesos (Php5,282,810.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Cameras and Photo/Video Accessories (Identification No.: PR No. 03-15-240144). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PCSO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) Calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
