Site Inspection: The supplier must perform an on-site inspection of the area to assess the equipment requirements for installation and set-up. A Certificate ofInspectionReportshallbeobtainedandsubmittedalongwiththeRequestfor Quotation (RFQ) and all other eligibility documents.
