INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS ANTI-RETROVIRAL DRUGS
IB NO. 2023-147
1. The Department of Health (DOH), through the Government Appropriation Act (GAA) of 2023
intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Seven Thousand Thirty Philippine Pesos
(PhP4,607,030.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
contract for the Procurement of Various Anti-Retroviral Drugs under IB No. 2023-147. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOH now invites bids for the procurement of the above-captioned project. Delivery of the
Goods is required within the period specified under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements.
Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of
bids, a contract similar to the Project, equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the
ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly,
