INVITATION TO BID FOR

Procurement of Various Animal Feeds - PVET
ID-Contract Number - 2025-10-08-325PG

1) The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte, through the PVET MOOE 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Ninety - Five Thousand Pesos (Php 2,195,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Animal Feeds - PVET. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte now invites bids for Procurement of Various Animal Feeds - PVET. Delivery of the Goods is required Sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
