Description : PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS AGRICULTURE AND FORESTRY EQUIPMENT IN SUPPORT TO QARES

I. Design and Performance
Prime Mover: Four-stroke, single cylinder, air cooled gasoline engine
Rated Power: 3 hp, minimum
Type: Frame mounted
Discharge Rate: 7.50 L/min, minimum
Cut-off valve shall be installed on the handle of the spray gun to allow automatic stopping of the spray
The intake hose shall be made of chemical resistant material with an inside diameter of at least 16 mm. If rubber, it shall have minimum of one ply of fiber reinforcement
Discharge Hose: minimum, 5 mm inside diameter that can withstand 250 psi pressure, at least 8-meters long and provision of lance with adjustable stainless nozzle
The spray lance shall have a minimum length of 0.5 m from the handle to the tip of the nozzle
The APS shall attain the maximum operating pressure and total discharge rate specified by the manufacturer
With valid Test Report issued by AMTEC or other accredited Testing Center.
