Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Early Procurement of Various Agricultural Inputs in support to Gulayan sa Bayan under High Value Crops Development Program FY 2026 Lot 9: 200 roll Plastic Mulch

1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IVA, through the High Value Crops Development Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Ᵽ 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the Procurement of Various Agricultural Inputs in support to Gulayan sa Bayan under High Value Crops Development Program FY 2026 Lot 9: 200 roll Plastic Mulch. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
