1. The Local Government Unit of Mercedes, Eastern Samar, through the 5% GAD Fund, 1% MCPC F.Y 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Fifteen Only (Php 334,715.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) corresponding to the Total Amount of the two (2) Lots for the Procurement of Various Agricultural and Fishery Supplies and Installation of Removable Toys and Equipment with the detailed payment under the contract for each lot indicated in the Table.. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
