Description : PROCUREMENT OF VAN RENTAL (16 units for 17 days)

Routes: Within Ilocos Norte and Laoag City
-Vehicles should be 100% in good condition.
-Schedule and destination of trip/s car subject to change but with prior notice from the end user.
-Number of vehicles per day and time of activity is flexible and shall be coordinated by the end-user.

SERVICE PROVIDER:
-Drivers are physically and mentally fit for the job. Have been screened and cleared from all criminal acts by NBI, Police and/or Fiscal-s Office.
-Possesses a non-expired professional driver-s license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO).
-Driver must be courteous and must be certified as drug free by the service provider.
