1. The Department of Education (DepEd), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) VII, requests for a price quotation for the project, Procurement of Vaccines for DepEd CO Employees, particularly described and detailed in the Project Reference, hereto attached as Appendix “A”.

2. The DepEd will hold a Pre-Bid Conference for this Project on 23 December 2025, 1:00 P.M. at the Office Facility of the former Systems Division (near Motorpool area), DepEd Complex, Meralco Avenue, Pasig City, which shall be open to prospective proponents.
