The National Telecommunications Commission IX, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure goods/services through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009, for the project: Procurement of Utility Services Personnel for CY 2026 with an Approved Budget for the Contract in the amount of One Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Pesos (PHP 155,000.00).
