  Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF UTILITIES BILLING AND COLLECTION SYSTEM WITH
  SMS BLASTER AND CUSTOMER SERVICING WITH SOURCE CODE INCLUSION
  1. The Sultan Kudarat Water District, through 2025 Corporate Budget Approved by the Board
  intends to apply the sum of P 1,900,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract
  for PROCUREMENT OF UTILITIES BILLING AND COLLECTION SYSTEM with
  SMS BLASTER AND CUSTOMER SERVICING WITH SOURCE CODE INCLUSION
  consisting of Two (2) Lots - Lot 1 - Software Component (ABC P 1,200,000.00) and Lot 2-
  Hardware Component (ABC - P 700,000.00). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
  automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The Sultan Kudarat Water District now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
  Delivery of goods is required for 1 year. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years
