The Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital (DJRMH), through the Trust Account of PHIC-Hospital Income of CY 2022 intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND NINETY-SEVEN PESOS & 86/100 ONLY (P 5,433,097.86) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Upgrading and Improvement of Wastewater Treatment System under PR No. 2022-09-393 dated September 12, 2022. Bids received in ex2cess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
