The Government Procurement Policy Board - Technical Support Office (GPPB-TSO) intends to procure the “Procurement of Uniforms for GPPB-TSO” with an Approved Budget for the Contract of Three Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Pesos (PhP336,000.00) through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement pursuant to Section 53.9 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
Please submit your duly signed Quotation Form including the Terms and Conditions (Annex A) together with the following documents on or before 5:00 PM of 07 February 2025:
a. Mayor-s/Business Permit
b. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement and if applicable, Original Notarized Secretary-s Certificate in case of a corporation, partnership, or cooperative; or Original Special Power of Attorney of all members of the joint venture giving full power and authority to its officer to sign the OSS and do acts to represent the Bidder.
