  Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
  PROCUREMENT OF UNIFORMS AND OTHER SUPPLIES TO BE USED DURING THE 2026 CENTRAL LUZON ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION (CLRAA) PROPER
  
  1) The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through the Special Education Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Sixty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Five Pesos Only (Php 5,063,645.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for Procurement of Uniforms and other Supplies to be used during the 2026 Central Luzon Athletic Association (CLRAA) Proper. Bids received in excess of the Approved Budget for the Contract shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for Uniforms and other Supplies. Delivery of the Goods is required ten (10) days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
