The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental, through the Ordinance No. 1588-2023-5% LDRRMF-SB7 intends to apply the sum of THIRTY-FIVE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT PESOS AND NINETY-FOUR CENTAVOS (Php35,998,378.94) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of the following:
