1. The Margosatubig Regional Hospital, through the funding source of SAA No. 2021-02-0377 dated February 4, 2021 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 4,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Ultrasonic and Advance Bipolar Energy Device w/ Positive Temperature Coefficient (MRH-009-2021). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Margosatubig Regional Hospital now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required by within 120 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
