For this purpose, contracts similar to the Project shall be:
a. supply, delivery and installation of typhoon barriers
b. completed within 3 years prior to the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids.

Supply, delivery and installation of the Roller-up shutter (typhoon barriers) with Engineering Intervention for the following Branches:

1. Cataingan (Masbate) Branch
2. Legazpi Branch
3. Legazpi Rotonda Branch
4. Ligao Branch
5. Polangui Branch
6. Irosin Branch
7. Sorsogon Branch
8. San Andres Branch
9. Virac Branch

The winning bidder shall submit to LANDBANK Project Management and Engineering Department (PMED) the following:

1. Duration/ Performance Period
2. List of completed projects in the last 3 years with copy of contract/ purchase order
3. Warranty Certificates
4. The supplier shall conduct site inspection and submit shop drawings prior to fabrication...
