Invitation to Apply Eligibility to Bid for the
Procurement of Two Thousand (2,000) kgs. of Malaga for the 4th Malaga and Guraman Festival 2025
1. The Municipal Government of Buguey, through its General Fund-Mayor-s Office-Tourism Fund CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Two Thousand (2,000) kgs. of Malaga for the 4th Malaga and Guraman Festival 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Buguey now invites bids for Procurement of Two Thousand (2,000) kgs. of Malaga for the 4th Malaga and Guraman Festival 2025. Delivery of the Goods and Services required is 30 days. Bidders should have completed, within the last 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
