GENERAL
I. All works under this project shall be subject to the requirements of the General Conditions which shall be included as part of these Specifications, and which shall apply to all works to be performed.
II. Prospective bidders are required to conduct site inspection to determine all incidental materials and activities that are necessary to be furnished and executed to complete the project.
III. The works to be done consist of general household pest control treatment services with the use of highest grade/quality pest control solutions which shall be applied to the SSS branch building.
IV. Workmanship and work schedule
1. The work throughout shall be executed in the best and most thorough manner under the direction of and to the satisfaction of the SSS Representative or Branch Head and shall have the authority to reject any works and materials, which in their judgment, are not in full accordance therewith.
