, INTRODUCTION
The Philippine Department of Tourism (DOT) is the primary government agency charged with the responsibility to encourage, promote, and develop tourism as a major socio-economic activity to generate foreign currency, business and employment and to spread the benefits of tourism to the Filipino people.
In performance of this functions, the DOT is frequently conducting functions, meetings and events at the Multi-purpose Hall. In order to provide good ventilation and to make comfortable the attendees of these meetings and events, the DOT is in need of a comfortable meeting area equipped with sufficient air conditioning unit that they can used while waiting conducting meeting, functions and events.
